Arsène Wenger revealed on Monday that the former Arsenal striker was interested in taking over at the Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux.

And that’s been confirmed in RMC on Wednesday, who claim the legendary striker has sad ‘yes’ to becoming their new head coach.

Henry, who was part of Roberto Martinez’s coaching staff as Belgium came third in this summer’s World Cup, recently left Sky Sports to pursue a full-time career in management.

According to RMC, the deal to bring Henry in just needs to be signed off by Bordeaux’s prospective American owners.
