Saturday 9 November 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

And ahead of their Bundesliga clash with RB Leipzig, Hertha BSC celebrated the occasion by erecting a giant replica of the wall on the Olympiastadion pitch.

The message reads: “Together against walls, together for Berlin.”

And as the two teams came out, the fake wall was ceremonially torn down just like it was 30 years ago.

Hertha will also be wearing a special commemorative kit for the occasion.
