User Acquisition Manager

Join us as an User Acquisition Manager to score further market growth for Onefootball and push us to the next level. You will acquire high quality users to our app through all channels, including paid performance based channels. The User Acquisition Manager works closely with other internal units to find new and cost-effective ways to attract and maintain users, while continuously optimizing existing channels. You are extremely detail oriented, with a strong understanding of mobile customer lifecycle management.

Your role

  • You will be responsible for all paid acquisition activities like on Facebook and Instagram.
  • You will be responsible for the app presence on Play Store and App Store.
  • In collaboration with our data analysts you will be developing data set to identify campaign optimization opportunities and make recommendations on testing.
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation.
  • You will coordinate your marketing activities with Onefootball’s Influencer Marketing unit.
  • You will define market entry strategies in coordination with line manager.
  • You will iterate and optimize on campaigns based on results quickly.
  • You will analyse and report KPI performance on a regular basis.

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing.
  • You have experience using various app networks, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, and others.
  • You possess the skills to structure strategy, create, optimize and analyse campaigns independently.
  • You have the ability to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations based on quantitative to increase ROI.
  • You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • You have the ability to operate with autonomy and find innovative solutions to problems.
