Russia 0-3 Brazil:

After an even first half, centre-back Miranda sneaks in at the back post to put his side ahead.

After Paulinho was brought down in the area, Philippe Coutinho made no mistake from the spot to double Brazil’s lead.

Paulinho – who had already missed two guilt-edged opportunities – found the net from close range after good work from Willian.

Bulgaria 0-1 Bosnia and Herzegovina:

Sead Kolašinac finds Kenan Kodro with a trademark assist to put Bosnia and Herzegovina ahead in Bulgaria.

Turkey 1-0 Republic of Ireland:

Mehmet Topal puts Turkey ahead with only his second international goal.

Greece 0-1 Switzerland:

Blerim Džemaili puts Switzerland ahead in Greece with a beautiful finish.

Germany 1-1 Spain:

Rodrigo ghosts in behind Hummels to put Spain ahead. That Iniesta pass though!

Thomas Müller fires an incredible effort into the top corner. We can’t quite believe it either.

France 2-3 Colombia:

Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina gifts former Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud his 30th international goal.

A beautiful counter-attack finished expertly by Thomas Lemar. France are looking strong.

Luis Muriel puts the ball into the corridor of uncertainty, Lloris fluffs it, Colombia are level.

Falcao does what Falcao does best. Clinical finish in the box and Colombia are level.

What a turnaround! Juan Fernando Quintero slots his penalty away to give Colombia a huge win.

Netherlands 0-1 England

Jesse Lingard bags his first ever international goal with a well taken finish from 20 yards out.

Portugal 2-1 Egypt

Everything this man touches turns to goals. Mohamed Salah puts Egypt ahead with a beautiful curling effort.

Cristiano Ronaldo wins it for Portugal with an injury time brace. What a player.

Argentina 1-0 Italy

Some lovely interplay on the edge of the box sees Éver Banega score past the statuesque Gigi Buffon.

Many scoffed at his inclusion, but Manuel Lanzini has secured the victory with a sublime finish.
