Fantasy Premier League expert and football tipster Holly Shand is back to look through the best FPL special bets on Betfair, including odds on Saka, Foden, Son, Eze & Olise!

  • 6/42.50 for City trio to shine
  • Son to beat Salah at 5/16.00
  • Palace duo can combine to hurt Man Utd
  • Bet #1 - Jordan Pickford to score eight or more FPL points @ 7/24.50
  • Everton have been determined in their quest to secure safety, winning four of their last five games and keeping four clean sheets in that time. Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has been instrumental to their success, making 19 saves in this period, rewarding him with eight bonus points.
  • However, all of those shut-outs have come at Goodison Park, with just one clean sheet on the road in seven. Everton are now safe, while Luton Town are still in the thick of the fight for survival and they've failed to score in just one home game this season. Luton were 2-1 winners in the reverse fixture.
  • With the current climate in mind, there's a chance that we see a drop-off in the Toffees performances now. Pickford is predicted by AI to score just 3.4 points in this game, and so despite making the tally of eight in all of his last three games, this one seems a stretch too far.
  • Fantasy managers who ditched Arsenal attackers in favour of those with double gameweeks last time out were punished, as Havertz and Saka combined for 20 points in their second consecutive fixture. Each of them have scored over 100 points this calendar year, with no sign of slowing down.
  • When it comes to double digit hauls, Saka has eight for the campaign while Havertz has seven, although significantly four of those have come in the six gameweeks since the international break. Arsenal won the reverse fixture 4-0, with both of them getting on the scoresheet.
  • Note that Bournemouth have kept consecutive clean sheets since Neto was dropped for Mark Travers between the sticks. Saka is predicted by AI to score 6.3 points, with Havertz on 5.7 points, but bearing their current form in mind, they are more than capable of reaching the tally targetted here.
  • Manchester City's attack has been missing Phil Foden and Erling Haaland across recent games, with Kevin De Bruyne racking up three goals and three assists in the last four gameweeks. However, they are all back in contention for the visit of Wolves as City look to secure another Premier League title.
  • Foden has started just one of City's last four league games, but has still amassed five goals in three games since the international break. Meanwhile, Erling Haaland looked sharp in his substitute appearance against Nottingham Forest, getting on the scoresheet to take him up to 21 goals for the season.
  • AI predicts him to score 8.2 points, with Foden and De Bruyne on 6.5 and 6.3 points respectively, which takes them to 21 combined, so if any of the three were to hit double figures and stay in line with the model, this bet could go very close against an injury hit Wolves side.
  • It's been a frustrating period for owners of Mohamed Salah who have seen him benched twice in his last three games. He has just one goal since the international break and there's a growing concern that he won't be a nailed starter for Liverpool as their title hopes begin to diminish.
  • Meanwhile, Spurs remain in pursuit of European football next season, with Son producing two goals and one assist since the international break at the time of writing. He scored in the reverse fixture earlier this season, which resulted in a 2-1 win for his side.
  • When it comes to AI predictions, solid underlying numbers see Salah earn a prediction of 7.1 points to Son on 5.3. However, we have to take into the account the form of the two players and the two sides, which gives Son the advantage in my eyes.
  • Bet #5 - Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise to combine for 12 or more FPL points @ 5/23.50
  • Crystal Palace have played their way into form in their recent games, with three wins and a draw in their last four. Eze has two goals and one assist in this time, while Olise has one goal and one assist on his return from injury. This pair are the key playmakers in the side, sharing set pieces.
  • Minutes is the biggest barrier to points here, with Olise completing 90 minutes for the first time last time around and Eze missing out through injury. Eze is predicted to score 4.7 points and Olise 4.3 points - it's likely they fall short of the target here against Manchester United.
