Official: Real Madrid squad list to face Bayern Munich

Real Madrid will be locking horns with German giants Bayern Munich in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals tomorrow at the Allianz Arena.

Ahead of the big game, Carlo Ancelotti and his contingent of Real Madrid players left for Germany earlier today with the Italian manager taking a squad of 23 players on the flight.

The big news is that Thibaut Courtois, who has resumed training with the first team over the past week, has been deemed ready to play and is in the squad.

Meanwhile, both Ferland Mendy and Rodrygo Goes are back in the squad after missing last Friday’s game against Real Sociedad due to fatigue and flu, respectively.

All eyes will be on Jude Bellingham who returns to Germany after his move from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid in the summer.

Toni Kroos will also come up against his former team as well as some of his international teammates like Joshua Kimmich.
