We can now confirm ticket details for our Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi Final 2nd Leg tie with Norwich City at Elland Road on Thursday 16th May 2024 (8pm).

Phase 1: Sunday 5th May 10.30am:

General Admission Season Ticket Holders - chance to buy your own seat*
Tickets can be purchased online on Sunday 5th May. The Ticket Office Call Centre lines will be open on bank holiday Monday 6th May (10am – 5pm) Normal office hours resume on Tuesday 7th May.

*Season Ticket Holder seats will be reserved until midnight on Tuesday 7th May.

Phase 2: Wednesday 8th May 1pm

My Leeds Members who purchased 14 or more home games during the 2023/24 season (including home cup fixtures) 50% chance - first come first served basis
Reserved allocation - 1 ticket per Member.

Phase 3: Thursday 9th May:

My Leeds Priority Members 10.30am to 11.30am
All My Leeds Members from 11.30am
Reserved allocation – sold on a first come first served basis, 1 ticket per Member.

Phase 4: Online Ballot

Ballot Registrations open 9am Friday 10th May
Ballot closes midnight Sunday 12th May
Ballot run and successful applicants notified on / around Monday 13th May
All My Leeds Members who have not been successful in purchasing a ticket in either Phase 2 or 3, can register for the ballot.
Reserved allocation – sold via the ballot system, 1 ticket per Member.
All supporters who purchase a ticket for this game will receive an email with link to download their Play-Off Semi Final ticket(s) to their phone.
In the event that any tickets remain following Phases 1 to 4, then a further announcement will be made at www.leedsunited.com

Auto Cup Scheme

Season Ticket Holders who are signed up to the Auto Cup Scheme will have their credit/debit card automatically charged for the Norwich City game on / around Monday 6th May 2024. Once payments have been successfully processed, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to download their digital match tickets to their phone.

Any supporters enrolled on the Auto Cup Scheme who do not wish to receive their ticket for the Norwich City fixture must cancel their Auto Cup Scheme reservation online by 11am on Monday 6th May 2024. You can cancel your reservation for this game online from 10.30am on Sunday 5th May 2024.

To cancel your Norwich City Auto Cup Scheme reservation, please follow the steps below before 11am on Monday 6th May 2024:

Login to My Account with your Customer Number and Password
Click ‘Reservations’ tab
Tick your Norwich City seat reservation
Click into the blue ‘Cancel Reservations’ button
Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button
Tick to accept the Terms and Conditions and click the ‘Submit’ button.
You will receive an email to confirm that your reservation has been cancelled.

Due to the vast majority of our home match tickets being sold online and via our Call Centre, the West Stand Ticket Office will now only open on home matchdays.

MOBILE TICKETS

As per the 2022/23 season, all fans will receive mobile tickets on their smartphones.

Due to touting issues, there is no ‘Print at Home’ option.

A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive your match ticket whilst increasing security and protection against fraud and is part of the club’s long term sustainability plan to reduce paper and plastic use at the stadium.

Fans will receive their match tickets via email from the club.

Within the confirmation email there will be a link to download your match tickets directly to your smartphone.

MATCH TICKET REFUND POLICY

Match tickets can be returned to the Ticket Office for a refund (excluding booking fees) up until 24 hours prior to kick off. Any returned tickets will be resold via the Leeds United Ticket Exchange.

BOOKING FEES

Our online booking fees remain at £1.00 per ticket. Any tickets purchased via the Call Centre will incur a £1.75 per ticket booking fee.
