Marco Reus and Mats Hummels are the two survivors from the Borussia Dortmund team that lost to Bayern Munich in the 2013 Champions League final at Wembley. Now, 11 years on, they have a chance to right the wrongs after securing a place in this season’s final following a 2-0 win against Paris Saint-Germain.

It was a masterclass performance from Borussia Dortmund over the 180 minutes and it’s one that will long live in the history of Dortmund fans. PSG hit the woodwork a total of six times across the two legs and amassed over 40 shots, but they still failed to find the net. Hummels’ goal on the night secured a famous victory at the Parc des Princes.
