West Ham have completed the transfer of Patrice Evra on a free transfer, according to latest rumours.
The veteran defender was out of contract and is therefore allowed to join any team outside of the January transfer window.
The former France international has been without a club since November 2017 after Marseille released him following an altercation with a fan.
The east London club have come under fire recently after their former head of recruitment was sacked following comments he made regarding the side’s transfer policy.
Tony Henry was reported as saying that the Hammers weren’t interested in signing any players of African origin as they cause ‘mayhem’.
