Inter Milan have reportedly named their price for Marcus Thuram who has emerged as a transfer target for PSG.

The Frenchman signed for the Nerazzurri on a free transfer last summer after seeing out his contract with Borussia Monchengladbach.

With Romelu Lukaku and Edin Dzeko both gone, Thuram managed to fill the void. He formed a great understanding with club captain Lautaro Martinez, cementing themselves as the most prolific duo in Serie A.

The 26-year-old has contributed with 14 goals and 13 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions this season.

Therefore, the striker’s exploits have attracted the attention of several suitors around Europe, especially Paris Saint Germain.

The Ligue 1 champions are searching the market for a new striker to replace Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappe.

According to La Repubblica via FcInter1908, the Serie A champions have set their asking price between 55 and 60 million euros.

The source claims the Parisians are seriously monitoring the 2022 World Cup finalist.

Since Inter signed Thuram on a free transfer only a year ago, his sale would constitute pure capital gains for the club.

But it is worth noting that last week, another source in the Italian media claimed Inter wouldn’t accept a penny below the player’s release clause, which is set at 85 million euros.

In any case, the Nerazzurri would need a new striker if they decide to part ways with the France international.

In recent weeks, Joshua Zirkzee emerged as one of the main candidates for the role. However, Inter would face competition from Juventus and AC Milan for the services of the Bologna breakout star.

Nevertheless, Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti teased a possible move for the Dutchman.
